About Morgan Chinn

Morgan is the Director of Operations at Chinn Marine and the person behind many of the details that keep the business running smoothly. With a background in law and a knack for wearing just about every hat imaginable, she's equal parts strategist, creative, organizer, and deckhand.

With over a decade of experience in California and Washington State law, fifteen years as a professional artist and four seasons as a professional ski patroller, Morgan brings an uncommon blend of organization, creativity, and problem-solving to Chinn Marine.

Morgan oversees much of what keeps the company running—from onboarding, operations, invoicing, payroll, and marketing to website design, branding, and business development. On any given day, she might be coordinating logistics, preparing offshore medical kits, designing custom artwork for a yacht, planning company events, or stepping aboard to help the crew.

Outside of Chinn Marine, Morgan is a Washington-based artist whose Pacific Northwest-inspired work is licensed nationally, an outdoor creator, and an experienced backcountry skier. She has spent years organizing and leading large community backcountry hut trips that bring together dozens of skiers from across the Pacific Northwest, while also mentoring women in the outdoor industry to help foster confidence, leadership, and inclusion.

Whether she's streamlining operations behind the scenes or tying up lines on the dock, Morgan thrives on creating exceptional experiences, solving complex problems, and making sure every detail is taken care of.
