Abby has spent nearly two decades creating exceptional guest experiences through luxury hospitality, tourism, and event planning. From acclaimed restaurants and luxury hotels to yacht service, her passion has always been the same—helping people slow down, connect, and truly enjoy their time together.

With a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies and a master’s in Organizational Leadership, Abby combines thoughtful service with strong operational experience. Before joining Chinn Marine, she worked with organizations including Westward, Stoneburner, Ethan Stowell Restaurants, Fairmont Hotels, and Blanton Turner, where she led teams while maintaining the high standards expected in luxury hospitality.

After moving to Seattle in 2016 and living aboard a boat, Abby discovered a love of boating and the unique experiences it creates. Today, she enjoys blending refined hospitality with the adventure of life on the water and excels at making every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and free to enjoy the moment.
